I had to make them....

Make a new layer. Use the marquee tool to make some rectangles and fill them in with white. Then use motion blur. For the curved one I used a duplicated layer and then Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates > Rectangular to Polar and place it near the other layer. Also I was supposed to put them on overlay but forgot to for some reason.
